קטע מכתב שממנו שמורה רק הכתובת. תאריך: המאה ה-16 ואילך על-פי הפליאוגרפיה. מקבל המכתב, שמואל חפץ, נמצא בקהיר (מצרים) והשולח מציין את מיקומו כקסטנטיום/קסטנטיוס (אולי קונסטנטינופול/איסטנבול).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter fragment from which only the address has been preserved. Dating is 16th-century or later based on the paleography. The letter recipient, Shemuʾel Ḥefeṣ, is in Cairo (מצרים) and the sender lists their location as קסטנטיום/קסטנטיוס (perhaps Constantinople/Istanbul).
