מכתב או אולי סוג אחר של מסמך, פגום מאוד עם חתימה קליגרפית קשה לפענוח (אולי: יצחק בכ''ר אברהם). התאריך הוא אולי המאה ה-16 ואילך על-פי הפליאוגרפיה. קיימת גם שורת ערבית קצרה מעט מתחת ברקטו המזכירה את יעקב.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter or perhaps some other kind of document, very damaged with a difficult calligraphic signature (perhaps: יצחק בכ׳׳ר אברהם). Dating is perhaps 16th-century or later based on the paleography. There is also a brief line of Arabic further down the recto that mentions Yaʿacob. MCD.
