אישור שנכתב על ידי טלאאיע ב' צ'אלח ב' יחיא בשם יארוכ' (או אולי ברוכ') ב' ג'ושאן, המזכיר את הרובע המזרחי (אל-חארה אל-שרקיה) במחוז (נאחיה) של סינוריס. תאריך: 15 שוואל 545 (4 בפברואר 1151). נכתב בורסו של קבלת מס בכתב ידו של הג'הבד' מיכאיל ב' עבד אל-מסיח מתאריך 2 או 8 ד'ו אל-קעדה 405 (אפריל 1015) (ראה ערך נפרד), מה שמצביע על כך שקבלות המס אולי אורגנו ונשמרו ליותר ממאה שנה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Attestation written by Ṭalāʾīʿ b. Ṣāliḥ b. Yaḥyā in the name of Yārūkh (or possibly Bārūkh) b. Jawshan and mentioning the eastern neighborhood (al-ḥāra al-sharqiyya) in the district (nāḥiya) of Sinnūris. Dated 15 Shawwāl 545 (4 February 1151). Written on verso of a tax receipt in the hand of the jahbadh Mīkhāʾīl b. ʿAbd al-Masīḥ dated 2 or 8 Dhū l-Qaʿda 405 (April 1015) (see separate entry), suggesting that tax receipts may have been archived and retained for more than a century.
