העתק של מכתב בערבית-יהודית. נכתב על גבי שריד מנוצל של מכתב בכתב ערבי (החלק היחיד שנשמר ממנו הוא הבסמלה ופתיחת "צלואת אללה וברא[כאתה]"). המכתב מתאר את מאמציו של אבו סעד "השביעי" להפוך לראש היהודים באמצעות שיחוד הוזיר ('מתולי באב אלסלטאן') אבן אלסלאר. מאמצים אלה הופנו נגד הרופא בחצר וראש היהודים, הנגיד אבו מנצור שמואל בן חנניה (שכיהן בתפקיד בשנים 1140–1159, עם הפסקות). המידע מבוסס על גויטיין ועל מאמרו של מ"א פרידמן על זוטא.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Copy of a letter in Judaeo-Arabic. Written on a reused fragment of a letter in Arabic script (the only part preserved is the basmala and the opening "ṣalawāt Allāh wa-bara[kātuh]"). Describing the endeavors of Abū Saʿd "the seventh" to become head of the Jews by bribing the vizier ('mutawallī bāb al-sulṭān') Ibn al-Salār. These endeavors were directed against the court physician and head of the Jews, the Nagid Abū Manṣūr Shemuel b. Ḥananya (in office 1140–59 with interruptions).
