רקטו: פקודת תשלום המופנית לגבאים (ג'ובאת) של מתחם הירושלמים (גבאה רבע אלמקאדסה) על 9 דירהמים שיינתנו לאבן אל-סאלם אל-צירפי. מתוארך 1475 לספירת שטרות (= 1163/64 לסה'נ). מזכיר גם את אבן אל-מליג'יה. חתום על ידי שמואל בן סעדיה הלוי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: order of payment addressed to the collectors (jubāt) of the compound of the Jerusalmites (גבאה רבע אלמקאדסה) over 9 dirhams to be given to Ibn al-Sālim al-Ṣayrafī. Dated 1475 of the Seleucid Era (= 1163/64 CE). Also mentions Ibn al-Malījiyya. Signed by Shemuʾel b. Saʿadya ha-Levi.
