בצד ה-verso: טיוטה של צוואת שכיב מרע שבה אדם מעניק שני בתים לשני קרובי משפחה רחוקים, מקדים תרופה לתביעות אפשריות של שתי קרובות משפחה אחרות בכך שהוא מקצה לכל אחת מהן 5 דינרים, ותורם לבית הכנסת של קהיר קודקס של חמשת חומשי משה ו-3 דינרים לרכישת תיק נחושת לספר תורה. מתוארך לסביבות שנת 1150.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Draft of a deathbed will in which a man gives two houses to two distant relatives, forestalls the possible claims of two other female relatives by assigning them 5 dinars each, and donates to the synagogue of Cairo a codex of the Five Books of Moshe and 3 dinars for the purchase of copper case for a Torah scroll.
