מכתב דהוי מאוד בערבית-יהודית. בכתב ידו של יהודה בן אהרן אבן אל-עמאני. ברובו יהיה בלתי קריא ללא סיוע של הדמיה ספקטרלית מרובת ספקטרום. ישנו תאריך בסוף הטקסט השולי בורסו, אולי [15]28 לשטרות = 1216/17 לספירה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Extremely faded letter in Judaeo-Arabic. In the hand of Yehuda b. Aharon Ibn al-ʿAmmānī. It will be mostly illegible without the aid of multispectral imaging. There is a date at the end of the marginal text on verso, perhaps [15]28 Seleucid = 1216/17 CE.
