עצומה בכתב ערבי. השולח קובל על עוניו (צעלכה) ומביע את קשייו בתשלום מס, ככל הנראה מס גולגולת. הוא אדם עם תלויים בו. הבקשה המדויקת אינה שמורה. תיארוך: כאמצע המאה ה-12. נעשה בו שימוש חוזר על ידי אותו סופר עברי כמו T-S Ar.41.131 (PGPID 18579).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Petition in Arabic script. The sender bemoans his poverty (ṣaʿlaka) and expresses his trouble with paying a tax, probably his capitation tax. He is a man who has dependents. The exact request isn't preserved. Dating: ca. mid-12th century. Reused by the same Hebrew scribe as T-S Ar.41.131 (PGPID 18579). ASE/YU
