עצומה פאטמית, צד שמאל עליון בלבד, שמורה בה הטרג'מה. מתוארכת לתקופת אל-חאכם בהתבסס על השימוש החוזר בורסו. הדבר הופך אותה לא רק לאחת מהעצומות הפאטמיות הידועות הקדומות ביותר, אלא לאזכור המוקדם ביותר של סעיף תקביל בעצומה פאטמית. מזכיר סכום כסף גדול (ג'ומלה כבירה).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fatimid petition, top left side only, preserving the tarjama. Dates to the period of al-Ḥākim based on the reuse on verso. This makes it not only one of the earliest known Fatimid petitions, but the earliest attestation of a taqbīl clause on a Fatimid petition, calling into question Khan's and Rustow's theory that the taqbīl clause dates to the period of al-Āmir and later (starting 1101 CE). Mentions a large sum of money (jumla kabīra).
