מסמך משפטי בכתב ערבי. מתוארך: דו' אל-חג'ה 514 להיג'רה = פברואר/מרץ 1121 לספירה. מזכיר פוסטאט, חכר (שכר קרקע) ואזכורים חוזרים לשכירות (אג'ארה, מוסתאג'ר). מתייחס גם ללשכת הממשל של המסגדים (דיוואן אל-ג'ואמע ואל-מסאג'ד אל-מעמורה) בשורה התחתונה לפני סעיפי העדות והתאריך. טעון בחינה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document in Arabic script. Dated: Dhū l-Ḥijja 514 AH = February/March 1121 CE. Mentions Fustat, ḥikr (ground rent), and repeated references to renting (ijāra, mustaʾjir). Also refers to the government bureau of mosques (Dīwān al-Jawāmiʿ wa-l-Masājid al-Maʿmūra) in the bottom line before the witness clauses and the date. Needs further examination.
