שבר קטן של מכתב בכתב ערבי. מזכיר [אל-שייח'] אל-עפיף ואדם נוסף; שמשהו לא הגיע בשנה הקודמת; 'ביום הזה'; 'למען בואו...'. כמעט לא נשמרו פרטים. נעשה בו שימוש חוזר בשוליים וברקטו לפיוט עברי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Small fragment of a letter in Arabic script. Mentions [al-shaykh] al-ʿAfīf and someone else; that something did not arrive the previous year; "on this day"; "for the sake of his coming...." Almost no specifics are preserved. Reused in the margin and on recto for Hebrew piyyuṭ.
