סיומה של איגרת המעבירה דרישות שלום לכל בני משפחתו של הנמען ('אביך, אמך, אחותך, דודך, דודתך, וכל מי שנמצא תחת השגחתך'). הכותב מתאר את צערם וכאבם של בני הבית (צום ובכי), ומבהיר לנמען כי לא יהיה שווה לו להשיג את העולם (אלדניא) אם אישה מסוימת מבני הבית (אמו?) תמות בהיעדרו. בצד השני (verso) מופיע שיר עברי שאינו קשור לאיגרת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: End of a letter conveying greetings to all family members ('father, mother, sister, uncle, aunt, and anyone else under your care') of the addressee. Conveying the heartsickness (fasting, weeping) of everyone at home and telling the addressee that attaining the world (al-dunyā) will not be worth this if a certain woman in the house (his mother?) dies in his absence. On verso there is unrelated Hebrew poetry.
