Mentions "al-majlis al-sāmī" as well as having issued an instruction to the amīr Sharaf al-Dīn the wālī regarding the addressee (واوصيت الامير الاجل شرف الدين الوالي بالشد منك في تحصيل ال . . . .). Needs further examination.
