Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso: Fragment of a state document. Only three lines are preserved. Refers to the caliph ([amīr] al-muʾminīn) and to Khumārtakīn al-Afḍalī al-Juyūshī (خمارتكين الافضلي الجيوشي). (This Turkic name is more commonly spelled in the sources without an alif: Khumartakīn/خمرتكين.) The document was subsequently torn and the blank space filled with jottings.
