מסמך פיסקלי. עם הערות הרישום בחלק העליון 'לייקאבל ביה אן שאא אלה' (יאומת, אם ירצה האל) ומתחתיה 'קובל' (אומת). לאחר מכן הסימן שעשוי לקרוא 'נוקלה' (הועתק) החוצה את הטקסט. גוף המסמך פותח בבסמלה, ואז 'עארד' מן אל-אמיר [...] בתאריך...'. התאריך עשוי להיות שוואל 554 להיג'רה, אך זה לא ודאי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Fiscal document. With the registration notes at the top "li-yuqābal bihī in shāʾa Allāh" and underneath "qūbila." Then the mark that may say "nuqila" which cuts through the text. The body of the document begins with a basmala, then "ʿaraḍa min al-amīr [...] bi-taʾrīkh...." The date may be Shawwāl 554 AH, but this is not certain.
