חשבונות בכתב ערבי ובספרות יווניות/קופטיות. תיארוך: ככל הנראה המאה ה-12 או ה-13. מזכיר מצרכים יומיומיים כגון שמן זית, שמן שומשום, שמן פשתן, סבון, בשר, ביצים, נענע, פיגם, פלפל, כרכום, חציל, דלעת, דבש, בצל, אבטיח. יש סכום בתחתית. אולי חשבון ממכולת. מסתיים בתחתית: 'חייב כרים עושה הפלאות (צאנע אל-עג'אאב)'. יש גם תרגול כתיבה של פסוק מקראי (במדבר ל:ב) בעברית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Accounts in Arabic script and Greek/Coptic numerals. Dating: Likely 12th or 13th century. Mentions routine groceries such as olive oil, sesame oil, linseed oil, soap, meat, eggs, mint, rue, pepper, saffron, eggplant, gourd, honey, onion, watermelon. There is a sum at the bottom. Maybe a grocer's bill. Concludes at the bottom: "owed by Karīm the wonder worker (ṣāniʿ al-ʿajāʾib)." There is also a writing exercise of a biblical verse (Numbers 30:2) in Hebrew.
