עצומה לח'ליף פאטמי, בכתב ערבי. שמורים קצות ~8 שורות מהפינה העליונה שמאלית, כולל רוב ההקדמה עם תארים מפוארים לנמען. לא ברור כמה מהתוכן/הבקשה שמור. מזכיר 'אל-אמר אל-מֻוַפַּק'.

The ends of ~8 lines are preserved from the upper left corner, including much of the preamble with elaborate titles for the addressee. Unclear how much of the substance/request is preserved. Mentions "al-amr al-muwwaffaq"
