מסמך ממלכתי, בכתב ערבי. גוזר שיש לבצע את הטקסים לפי המסורת 'ואן יכון אל-עמל בי ל-רסום' ומזכיר 'אל-דולה אל-שריפה'. חמדלה לקראת הסוף. חלק מהטקסט קורא 'אלד'י עלא קדר חאלה... ויכון אל-עמל בי-ל-רסום... לל-אעאנה עלא אל-תוטן... ען הד'ה אל-דולה אל-שריפה... ואל-חמד לל-לאה וחדה'. נדרש בדיקה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: State document, in Arabic script. Decrees that the rituals be carried out according to the tradition 'wa-an yakūn al-ʿamal bi l-rusūm' and mentions 'al-dawla al-sharīfa'. Ḥamdala towards the end. Some of the text reads as "الذي على قدر حاله ......ويكون العمل بالرسوم...للاعانة على التوطن ..عن هذه الدولة الشريفة...والحمد لله وحده". Needs examination.
