פתק בלתי רשמי בערבית-יהודית. ייתכן שהשולח נקרא אבו ל-ח'[סַן]. כתוב על פיסת נייר שנעשה בה שימוש חוזר, קרועה מחשבון ערבי (ממלכתי?). השולח נראה נסער ממשהו הנוגע לסכום כסף, מכירת סחורה ועמלת תיווך (גֻּעְל). 'אני לא מאשים אותך בגלל הבלגן הזה (מָא אַלוּמַכּ פִּי ל-תַּלָּאף)... התנהגות מתווכים (סִירַת אַלְ-סַמָּאסִרָה), אבל אני אינני מרוצה (וְלָכִנִּי מָא אַרְצַ'א).'
Princeton Geniza Project description: Informal note in Judaeo-Arabic. The sender may be named Abū l-Ḥ[asan]. Written on a reused scrap torn from an Arabic (state?) account. The sender seems upset about something to do with a sum of money, a sale of merchandise, and a broker's commission (juʿl). "I do not blame you for this mess (mā alūmak fī l-talāf)... the behavior of brokers (sīrat al-samāsira), but I am not pleased (wa-lakinnī mā arḍā)."
