מסמך ממלכתי בכתב ערבי, ריווח רחב, ייתכן שעצומה. מזכיר וַזִּיר אך חלק משמו חסר. חלק מהטקסט השמור נקרא כ:'...וְאַלְ-מַוָּארִית' / וְלְמַוְלָאיַ אַלְ-וַזִּיר אַלְ-אַגַ'לּ / אַלְ-צֻּדַּה(?) אַטָּאל אַלְלָּה בַּקָּאה.'
Princeton Geniza Project description: State document, in Arabic script, wide spacing, maybe a petition. Mentions a wazīr but the portion of his name is cut off in the lacunae. Some of the preserved text reads as: ..والمواريث ولمولاي الوزير الاجل الصدة (؟)اطال الله بقاه.
