ככל הנראה מכתב. החלק השמור כאן הוא הקדמה עברית ארוכה, כתובה בגסות, עם שבחים לנמען. גוף המכתב עצמו אולי נכתב בכתב ערבי. בשוליים הימניים העליונים: 'אַלְ-עַבְד יַסְאַל תַּפַצֻּ'לַה עַלָא... הָאד'ִהִ אַלְ-אַחְרֻף...'. יש טקסט נוסף בצד השני. דרוש בדיקה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Probably a letter. The portion preserved here is a long Hebrew introduction, crudely written, with praises for the addressee. The body of the letter itself may have been written in Arabic script (last words of the last line, and upper right margin). In the upper right margin: al-ʿabd yasal tafaḍḍulih ʿalā.... hādhihi al-aḥruf.... There is additional text on verso. Needs examination.
