ייתכן שמדובר בנוסחה לשטר שחרור מפורט. בכתב ידו של חַלְפוֹן ב. מְנַשֶּׁה (פעיל 1100–1138 לספירה). הן הצד הראשון והן הצד השני מכוסים בטקסט (מה שיהיה יוצא דופן למסמך עצמו). אין שמות או פרטים בולטים, אך נדרשת בדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Possibly a formulary for an elaborate bill of release. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100–1138 CE. Both recto and verso are covered with text (which would be unusual for a document proper). No names or details jump out, but requires further examination. NB: There are two separate IIIF entries for this shelfmark in DPUL, both of the same fragment but photographed at slightly different angles.
