שבר קטן ממסמך ממלכתי, ככל הנראה צו. נשמרו רק שתי שורות, כתובות באותיות גדולות מאוד עם ריווח שורות עצום ביניהן: '...וְאַכְמַל נִיעְמַ וְאַפְצַ'ל אֻמְנִיָּה...' שימש מחדש בצד הראשון לפיוט.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Small fragment of a state document, likely a decree. Only two lines are preserved, written in very large letters with huge line spacing between them: "... wa-akmal niʿma wa-afḍal umniya..." Reused on recto for piyyut.
