טיוטת מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של אפרים ב. שמריה (פעיל 1007-1055 לספירה). שבו אהרון וחיים בני ישראל ב. יוסף אל-עווג'ילי, יחד עם אמם [...] בת שלמה אל-זובעה, משחררים את אבו ל-פרג' יעקב ב. אברהם ב. עלאן מתביעות (אותו אבו ל-פרג' יעקב מוזכר ב-T-S Misc.25.130 לאחר מותו). בצד החיצוני, ב-180 מעלות, יש טיוטת מסמך משפטי אחר (קשור?), המזכיר את אבו ל-פרג' יעקב, מישהו שמת בים, תביעה על 80 דינרים 'בהתאם לצוואת אבינו', מישהו שנאלץ לישבע, ויתרה של 25 דינרים. שבר זה לא מצוטט בספרות. Princeton Geniza Project description: Draft of a legal document in the hand of Efrayim b. Shemarya (fl. 1007–1055 CE). In which Aharon and Ḥayyim the sons of Yisraʾel b. Yosef al-ʿAwjīlī, along with their mother [...] bt. Shelomo al-Zawbaʿa, release Abū l-Faraj Yaʿaqov b. Avraham b. ʿAllān from claims (the same Abū l-Faraj Yaʿaqov is mentioned in T-S Misc.25.130 after his death). On verso, at 180 degrees, there is a draft of another (related?) legal document, mentioning Abū l-Faraj Yaʿaqov, somebody who died at sea, a claim on 80 dinars "in accordance with the will of our father," someone being compelled to take an oath, and a remaining balance of 25 dinars. This fragment is uncited in the literature. ASE
