רישום בית דין בכתב ידו של יפת בן טוביה. בו יפת ויוסף בן בנימין הבנקאי, בתפקידם כאפוטרופסים של אברהם בן שמואל הספרדי, גובים חוב שהיה חייב שמריה בן שלמה למנוח שמואל. תיארוך: לא לפני שנת 1019 לסה"נ, מועד כתיבת צוואתו של שמואל, אך לא לאחר סוף 1026, שכן באותה עת בנו אברהם כבר היה בגיר ותבע את אפוטרופסיו לדין. היום השמיני של אדר ב' חל ביום שני בשנים 1020 ו-1023. ראו את צוואתו של שמואל במסמך נפרד; את תביעתו של אברהם נגד אפוטרופסיו ניתן למצוא בשני מסמכים נוספים. לפעולותיהם של האפוטרופסים ראו גם שני מסמכים נוספים העוסקים בעניין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court record written by Yefet b. Ṭoviyya. In which Yefet and Yosef b. Binyamin the banker, as guardians of Avraham b. Shemuel ha-Sefaradi, collect a debt that was owed by Shemarya b. Shelomo to the late Shemuel. Dating: Not before 1019 CE when Shemuel wrote his will, but not after late 1026 when his son Avraham was already mature, and sued his guardians in court. The eighth day of Adar II occured on a Monday on 1020 and 1023. (Information from CUDL and E. Bareket, Shafrir misrayim, pp. 207, 208.)
