פנים: הכרת חוב. תאריך: חשון 1440 לשטרות (1128 לסה'נ). ישועה בן יעקב (הידוע כ'סייד אל-כול'), שאביו הידוע כ'אבו אל-מונא אל-עטאר בן דאוד', מכיר בחובו לנדיב בן סעדיה הלוי. חתום על ידי אברהם בן שמעיה. שניהם (פנים וגב) בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Acknowledgment of debt. Dated: Heshvan 1440 Seleucid (1128 CE). Yeshuʿa b. Yaʿaqov (known as Sayyid al-Kull), whose father was known as Abū l-Munā al-ʿAṭṭār b. Dāʾūd, acknowledges his debt to Nadiv b. Saʿadya ha-Levi (aka Abū l-Karam b. Saʿdān). Signed by Avraham b.
