מכתב מסלאמה בן מוסא ספאקֻצי (מאזר) ליהודה בן משה בן סע'מאר, משנת 1064. המכתב הוא המשך למכתב קודם (Halper 389 לפי גיל), שבו נרמזה האפשרות לפירוק השותפות בין השולח לבין הנמען. במכתב הנוכחי מגלה סלאמה בן מוסא ספאקֻצי את נכונותו לוויתורים בעת הסדרת החשבונות ביניהם, ומביע את הסכמתו לשאת בעצמו בהפסד של 60 דינרים. הוא מביע את משאלתו להמשיך בשותפות. המידע מבוסס על גיל (Kingdom, כרך 4, עמ' 475), ועיינו גם בהערותיו של גויטיין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter from Salāma b. Mūsā Safāquṣī (Māzar) to Yehuda b. Moshe b. Sughmār, 1064. This letter is a follow-up from the letter in Halper 389 (Gil) that hints at the possibility of breaking up the partnership between the sender and the recipient. In this letter, Salāma b. Mūsā Safāquṣī demonstrates his readiness to make concessions in settling their accounts and is prepared to bear himself the loss of 60 dinars. He expresses his wish to continue with the partnership.
