מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138 לסה"נ). הסכם שותפות. תמים הכהן ישמש כשותף הפעיל, ייסע לתימן ויביא סחורות למצרים. אדם הנושא בתואר "ראש הקהילות" ישקיע כסף בהון המשותף (ח'לטה). ייתכן שתמים זה הוא תמים בן יעקב הכהן המופיע במסמך אחר, ושכבר אינו בין החיים במסמכים נוספים שבהם הוא מוזכר. החיבור בין שני הקטעים בוצע על ידי אלן אלבאום, אך מאחר שהחיבור אינו רציף, אין ודאות מוחלטת לגביו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: P7 + P11: Legal document in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100–1138 CE). Partnership agreement. Tamīm ha-Kohen will be the active partner, traveling to Yemen and importing merchandise to Egypt. Someone titled Rosh ha-Qehillot will invest money into the shared capital (khulṭa). (This Tamīm may be the same Tamīm b. Yaʿaqov ha-Kohen who appears in T-S AS 211.81 (PGPID 22837) and who is already dead in T-S 6J12.9 (PGPID 16164), T-S AS 149.84 (PGPID 18611), and PER H 21 + Moss.
