מכתב אישי מאת שלושה אחים בשם רפאל, יוסף ושמואל, ובו הם מבקשים את הנפקתם של מסמכי אזרחות עבור אביהם. הבקשה מסתמכת על כך שהממשלה המצרית כבר הכירה באזרחותו במסמך קודם שהוציאה לו בשנת 1925, ובו נדרש למלא את חובת השירות הצבאי שלו. המכתב נכתב בערבית ונושא את התאריך 23 ביולי 1933.
