תרגום של מכתב שנמסר בידי ח'ואג'ה נסים עסיף במרץ 1952, לכבוד קבלת הפנים לרבה הראשי של יהודי קהיר [ר' חיים נחום אפנדי?], המהלל את התפקיד שמילא בזירה הפוליטית ובזירה הדתית ובתולדות התחייה הטורקית וועידת לוזאן — בתקופת שלטונו של המלך פואד, כאשר יוסף אסלאן קטאווי פאשא עמד בראש ועד הקהילה היהודית. המסמך שמור במוזיאון לאמנות אסלאמית (מספר 104), כתוב בערבית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Translation of a letter delivered by Kẖawaja Nissim ʿAsīf in March 1952 for welcoming the chief rabbi of the Jews in Cairo [R. Ḥayyim Naḥūm Effendi?] in praise of the role he played in the political sphere and the religious sphere and in the history of the Turkish revival and the Lausanne Conference – in the era of King Fu'ād, and Yosef Aslan Cattawi Pasha was heading the committee of the Jewish community – Museum of Islamic Art – (number 104) in Arabic.
