תזכיר או תכתובת פנימית אחרת. כתוב בכתב ערבי, עם ריווח רחב בין השורות, קווי בסיס מקוטעים וניקוד תכוף. ארבע שורות שרדו, כאשר הרביעית היא הערה בין-שורתית או סימן רישום בכתב יד אחר. המונח "אלמג'לס" (المجلس) מוזכר פעמיים. חלק מהטקסט נקרא כך: כתב אללה סלאמתה פי..יה בקדומה... פוֹעַד(?) אלמג'לס אליה באלמצ'י לילקיה ויואצל אלמג'לס במא יתטלע. נראה כי המסמך עוסק בתכניות נסיעה, בהגעתו של אדם כלשהו, בקבלת פניו עם בואו ובדיווח על האירועים למג'לס (המועצה/הוועד). הקטע נעשה בו שימוש חוזר בצד הרקטו לעשרים ואחת שורות של פיוט עברי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Memorandum or other internal state communication. In Arabic script, with wide line spacing, fragmented baselines, and frequent diacritics. Four lines preserved, the fourth an interlinear note or registration mark in a different hand. Mentions "al-majlis" (المجلس) twice. Some of the text reads as follows: كتب الله سلامته فيـ..ـيه بقدومه... فوعد(؟) المجلس اليه بالمضي ليلقيه ويواصل المجلس بما يتطلع. It seems to be dealing with travel plans, someone's arrival, greeting that person upon his arrival and reporting the events to the majlis. Reused on recto for 21 lines of Hebrew piyyuṭ.
