מסמך בכתב ערבי. כנראה משפטי, שכן החלק הימני התחתון נראה כהצהרת עד. תאריך: 563 לספירה המוסלמית? דורש בדיקה. בצד האחורי כתובת הקשורה לספר: 'פרשנות על דניאל לפי הפשט, מאת ישמעאל בן אברהם אבן כוצ'ק.'
Princeton Geniza Project description: Document in Arabic script. Probably legal, as the lower left portion looks like a witness statement. Dated: 563 AH? Needs examination. On verso there is an inscription related to a book, with unusual orthography and vocalization. "Commentary on Daniel according to the Peshaṭ, by Yishmaʿel b. Avraham Ibn Kuchak."
