שער של ספר שירה עברית ופיוטים, בכתב ידו של ידותון הלוי, עם חתימתו בתוך מדליון על הכריכה. בצד האחורי שלושה שירים, הראשון שבהם הוא של שלמה אבן גבירול. בראש יש המילה 'קובילה' בכתב ערבי, בדרך כלל סימן רישום על מסמכים ממלכתיים המציין שמשהו נבדק מול מקור.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Frontispiece of a book of Hebrew poetry and piyyutim, in the hand of Yedutun ha-Levi, with his signature inside of a medallion on the cover. On verso there are three poems, the first of which is by Shelomo Ibn Gabirol. At the top there is the word "qūbila" in Arabic script, typically a registration mark on state documents indicating that something has been checked against a model.
