מסמך משפטי בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל בין השנים 1100–1138 לסה"נ). השורות הראשונות והאחרונות חסרות. אדם כלשהו מוותר על זכויותיו במחצית ה-דאר הגדולה הנמצאת בסמוך ל-אלדרב אלג'דיד, מירושת אביו או אביה, ונראה כי הוויתור משאיר את הבית כולו בידי שאר היורשים. רוב המסמך מורכב מנוסחאות משפטיות שמטרתן לקבוע כי מדובר בהסכם סופי ובלתי הפיך.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100–1138 CE). The first few lines and the last few lines are missing. Somebody forfeits their right to the 1/2 of the big dār located off of al-Darb al-Jadīd from the inheritance of his or her father, it seems leaving the entire house under the control of the other heirs. The document is almost entirely legalese, to the effect that this is a final and irreversible agreement. (Note that this fragment is also known as DK 318.)
