רקטו (שימוש משני): מכתב בערבית-יהודית. נשלח על ידי יוסף בן מנצור אבן אלשׁוֹפֵט, אל אלכסנדריה או ממנה. הגוף בערבית-יהודית, ואילו הכתובת על הוורסו בכתב ערבי. בשוליים העליונים מופיעה גם הערה בכתב ערבי, ובניסיון פענוח זהיר: "שאלתם על בואו של סלאמה ועל החבר(?) אללאד'קי ואבו נצר: מצב הכסף (הכספי/המתכת), האם נמכר אם לאו" (سوالهم عن وصول سلامة وعن الحابار(؟) اللاذقي وابو نصر حال الفضة هل بيعت ام لا). במכתב מוזכרים מנשה, ה־פַיְג' (השליח/הרץ), אבו אלברכאת, נאצר (או נאט'ר) אלג'יוּשׁ, [...] אלדולה, וכן "המוסלמים והיהודים".
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto (secondary use): Letter in Judaeo-Arabic. From Yūsuf b. Manṣūr Ibn al-Shofeṭ, sent either to or from Alexandria. In Judaeo-Arabic, with the address in Arabic script on verso. There is also a note in Arabic script in the top margin, tentatively as follows: "their query about/upon the arrival of Salāma and the ḥaver(?) al-Lādhiqī and Abū Naṣr: the situation with the silver, did it sell or not" (سوالهم عن وصول سلامة وعن الحابار(؟) اللاذقي وابو نصر حال الفضة هل بيعت ام لا). Mentions Menashshe, the fayj, Abū l-Barakāt, Nāṣir (or Nāẓir) al-Juyūsh, [...] al-Dawla, "the Muslims and the Jews." ASE
