מסמך (ב), שנכתב בחלל הריק מתחת לרשימת הספרים, בזווית של 90 מעלות: טיוטה או העתק של מסמך משפטי. נראה ככתב היד של רשימת הספרים. במסמך עזיה(?) בת ברכאת אלקליובי מאשררת הסדר פשרה (צלח) עם אשת אביה שזה עתה נפטר. האלמנה זכאית לכספים בגין בלאיות (כלומר, בלאי בנכסי הנדוניה שלה) בשווי 15 דינרים. לפי ההסדר, היא תקבל את שתי ההריסות לחצאין ואת חצי בית הספר שהיו בבעלות ברכאת בקליוב; הבת מוותרת כאן על זכותה בנכסים אלה. בסוף הרישום מצוין כי בעלה הילל בן [...] אלמליג'י היה אף הוא נוכח והסכים להסדר. השווה לעתירה שמופיעות בה אֻם עזיה(?) ושתי הריסות. אם אכן מדובר באותם אנשים, מסמך זה קודם בזמנו לעתירה, שכן בעת העתירה עזיה היא הבעלים של ההריסות.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Document (b), written in the blank space underneath the book list, at 90 degrees: Draft or copy of a legal document. Looks like the same hand as the booklist. In which ʿIzziyya(?) the daughter of Barakāt al-Qalyūbī ratifies a settlement (ṣulḥ) with the wife of her recently deceased father. The widow is owed money from belayot (i.e., wear and tear on her trousseau) valued at 15 dinars. The settlement is that she will receive the two half-ruins and the half-schoolhouse which Barakāt owned in Qalyūb; the daughter here relinquishes her right to these properties. At the end of the entry, it states that her husband Hillel b. [...] al-Malījī was also present and in agreement. Cf. DK 239.1 + T-S AS 151.31 (PGPID 6568), a petition featuring an Umm ʿIzziyya(?) and two ruins. If they are related, this document would predate the petition, as ʿIzziyya has possession of the ruins at the time of the petition.
