צד פנימי: פתק משפטי בערבית-יהודית על גביית תשלומים מאלזכי, המזכיר גאבי וחואלה. תיארוך: מתייחס לד'ו אלחגה 617 ה' = ינואר/פברואר 1221 לספירה. ייתכן שהוא עדיין חייב 12 (דרהמים? דינרים?). פתק בזווית 90 מעלות בתחתית מזכיר ר' יחיאל אך זה קשור כנראה לתוכן בגב.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Legal note in Judaeo-Arabic about the collection of payments from al-Zakiyy, mentioning a jābī and a ḥawāla (aḥāla ʿalayhi...). Dating: refers to Dhū l-Ḥijja 617 AH = January/February 1221 CE. He may still owe 12 (dirhams? dinars?). A note at 90 degrees at the bottom mentions R. Yeḥiʾel but this is probably related to the content on verso.
