מסמך משפטי. בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל 1100-1138 לספירה). כנראה שטר מכירה של חצי בית (אין מחירים שמורים). מתאר את הגבולות והשכנים של הנכס. יהושע השר בן [...] החסיד מוזכר. גם אבו נגאח אלנצראני (הנוצרי; עשוי להיות זהה לאבו נגאח אבן קנאא המפורסם).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100–1138 CE). Probably a deed of sale for one half of a house (no prices preserved). Describing the borders and neighbors of a property. Yehoshuaʿ ha-Sar b. [...] ha-Ḥasid is named. Also Abū Najāḥ al-Naṣrānī (the Christian; might be identical with the famous Abū Najāḥ Ibn Qannāʾ).
