צד אחורי (שימוש מקורי): חשבון בכתב ערבי, אולי מסמך פיסקלי. מוזכרים עיסא בן נצר ועיסא בן סאלים. יש תאריך חלקי (5 רמצ'אן). צד קדמי (שימוש משני): צו המיועד לאבו אלבהאא המבקש ממנו לשלוח משהו עם הנושא. אולי חצי רטל של לבונה טחונה (דק לובאן) אבל קריאה זו זמנית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Verso (original use): Account in Arabic script, maybe a fiscal document. Mentions ʿĪsā b. Naṣr and ʿĪsā b. Sālim. There is a partial date (5 Ramaḍān). Recto (secondary use): Order addressed to Abū l-Bahāʾ asking him to send something with the bearer. Possibly half a raṭl of ground frankincense (daqq lubān) but this is not a common phrase and the reading is tentative.
