מסמך בית דין. הסדר כספי בין בעל לאשתו? כל הצדדים יהודים. מתוארך: 26 בד'ו אלחג'ה 1056 לפי החשבון המוסלמי, שהם 2 בפברואר 1647 לספירה. בראש המסמך מופיעה חותמת. פתיחת המסמך מנוסחת כמכתב הממוען לרשות גבוהה יותר. בצד ב' מופיעה הערה נוספת הנוגעת לאותה פרשה מן החודש שלאחר מכן. נדרשת בחינה נוספת; המסמך כתוב בצורה ברורה מאוד, ורובו אמור להיות קריא. Princeton Geniza Project description: Court document. Financial settlement between a husband and his wife? All the parties are Jewish. Dated: 26 Dhū l-Ḥijja 1056 AH, which is 2 February 1647 CE. There is a stamp at the head of the document. The beginning of the document is framed as a letter written to a higher authority. On verso there is an additional note concerning the same case from the following month. Needs further examination; the document is very clearly written, and most of it should be legible.
