טיוטת מכתב באיטלקית על דף כפול (ביפוליום) שייתכן והיה חלק ממחברת רחבה יותר. בצד הימני של הדף (recto) מופיעה השנה 1814 לסה"נ, אך ספרת העשרות דהויה עד כדי כך שיתכן שהמסמך מקורו בעשור אחר כלשהו במאה התשע-עשרה. הקטע עוסק בענייני מסחר, כפי שעולה מן הדיון הנרחב בכמויות ומאזכור הכותב את הביטוי "facendo informa di pagamento" — "מודיע על תשלום" (שורה 7 בצד הימני). בצדו האחורי של הדף (verso) מופיעים טבלה מורכבת וחישובים מספריים הכוללים יחסים מגוונים.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter draft in Italian on a bifolium which may have constituted a broader notebook. The year 1814 CE appears on the left bifolium of the recto but the ten's place is so faded that this document may come from a different decade during the nineteenth century. The fragment is business-related given the widespread discussion of quantities and the author's mention of "facendo informa di pagamento / giving notice of payment" (l. 7r). On the verso there is an intricate table and numerical calculations that involve a variety of ratios. MCD.
