חשבונות בערבית-יהודית של הוצאות ורכישות עבור שבועות שונים בלוח השנה הליטורגי (כגון השבוע של פרשת קדושים), וכן רשימת מצרכי מזון לליל הסדר של פסח. החשבונות המפורטים ערוכים ברמת פירוט גבוהה במיוחד, וכוללים בין השאר סבון, לימון, אורז, שעווה, פולים, טחינה, ועוד פריטים רבים. הביפוליום עצמו אינו נושא תאריך, אך ייתכן שהוא חלק ממחברת רחבה יותר שעשויה להכיל תיארוך. על פי הפלאוגרפיה והפריסה ניתן לאמוד את זמן הכתיבה למאה ה-18 או ה-19. ההוצאות רשומות במטבעות כסף מסוג "פצה" (מדין).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Accounts in Judaeo-Arabic of expenses and purchases for various liturgical calendar weeks (i.e. the week of Kedoshim parsha) and the food items for a Passover seder are also listed. The itemized accounts are extremely well-detailed: i.e. soap, lemon, rice, wax, beans, taḥīna, among many other entries. While the bifolium itself is undated it may come from a broader notebook which could contain a date. From the paleography and layout the dating can be estimated as 18th/19th-century.
