כתובה שבה אלמנה תורמת שישית מבית שירשה או קיבלה מנישואיה הקודמים, ומשמשת ערבה לבעלה החדש למקרה שייתבע על ידי שני בניה ו/או על ידי צד רביעי בבית — מוסלמי. המסמך נערך על ידי הדיין נתן ב"ר שמואל (כיהן בערך בשנים 1140–1147) בטבת התתת"ח (אלף ארבע מאות חמישים ותשע למניין השטרות), נובמבר–דצמבר 1147. אושר (או נחתם כעד?) על ידי חייא ב"ר יצחק, דוד הפליט ב"ר יוסף, ונתן ב"ר שמואל.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Marriage contract in which a widow contributes one sixth of a house from a previous marriage and stands surety for her husband in case he is sued by her two sons and/or a fourth party in the house, a Muslim. Drafted by judge Natan b. Shemuel (in office ca. 1140-1147) in Tevet 1459/November-December 1147. Validated (or witnessed?) by Ḥiyyā b. Yiṣḥaq, David ha-Palit (the refugee) b. Yosef, and Natan b.
