שני קטעים שונים. הקטע הראשון: תקציר של חלק מההמלצות התזונתיות וההיגייניות מתוך הפרק הרביעי של החיבור העברי על המגפה "מושיע חוסים" (ונציה, 1587) מאת אברהם יגל (המכונה גם גליקו). הדף נכתב לאחר שנת 1623, שכן הצירוף "זלה"ה" נוסף אחרי שמו של גליקו. בין העצות המופיעות בקטע: להרתיח כל מים לפני שתייתם או לפני מזיגתם ביין; לבשל את כל פירות הגינה והירקות כדי "להסיר מהם את החולי"; או לאסוף עשבי בר הצומחים במקומות שוממים; להתגורר בבתים מרווחים, מאווררים ומעוטרים ביופי; וכן להימנע מאכילה מרובה, משינה ארוכה מדי, ממאכלים המחממים את הגוף יתר על המידה ומבגדים מחממים מדי. על יגל/גליקו ראו דייוויד רודרמן, "קבלה, מאגיה ומדע: עולמו התרבותי של רופא יהודי בן המאה השש־עשרה" (הוצאת אוניברסיטת הרווארד, 1988). הקטע השני: מסומן כ"תמונה 2" ומכיל שורה אחת בכתב ערבי. עם זאת, צורת הנייר ומיקום הקרעים אינם תואמים את "תמונה 1", ומכאן עולה שחסרות לנו שתי תמונות (הצד האחורי של "תמונה 1" ושל "תמונה 2" כאחד).

Princeton Geniza Project description: Two different fragments. First fragment: An abridgement of some of the dietary and lifestyle advice from Chapter 4 of the Hebrew plague treatise "Moshiaʿ Ḥosim" (Venice, 1587) by Avraham Yagel (a.k.a. Gallico). This page dates from after 1623, since זלהה is written after Galiko's name. The advice includes: boiling all water before drinking it or mixing it with wine; cooking all produce to "remove the disease from it"; or to pick wild herbs growing in desolate locations; to dwell in spacious, airy, and beautifully decorated houses; and not to eat too much, not to sleep too much, not to eat excessively warming foods, not to wear excessively warming clothes. Second fragment: This is labeled as "Image 2" and contains one line of Arabic script. However, the shape of the paper and the location of holes do not correspond to Image 1, suggesting that we are missing two images (verso of both Image 1 and Image 2).
