הסכם שותפות מקהיר, מתוארך ל-13 באוקטובר 1800 (כ"ד בתשרי ה'תקס"א), בין דוד דיין, אליהו פלומבו ואברהם חכים. הקשר השותפות אינו מתבהר עד שורה 12, שבה מוזכרת "חנות" שהשותפים מנהלים יחדיו. ההסכם מפרט חלוקה ברורה של חלקי השותפות, אך משאיר את משך השותפות לשיקול דעתם של המעורבים בה (שורות 5–6: "ותחלת השותפות הנז׳ מהיום ולכ׳׳ז שיתרצו").
Princeton Geniza Project description: Partnership agreement from Cairo, dated 13 October 1800 CE (24 Tishrei 5561 AM), between David Dayyan, Eliyyahu Palombo, and Avraham Ḥaqīm. The context of the partnership is not clarified until line 12 with the mention of a "shop" (חנות) that the partners are involved in running together. The agreement also lists a clear distribution of shares, yet, leaves the duration of the partnership up to the decisions of those involved (ll. 5-6: ותחלת השותפות הנז׳ מהיום ולכ׳׳ז שיתרצו). ASE. MCD.
