מסמך משפטי בעברית מקהיר, מתוארך לסוף סיוון ה'תקפ"ב (יוני 1822). המסמך עוסק בפירוק שותפות ובסידור חשבונות בין אליהו בן צהל, יעקב הלוי עכובס ומרדכי כפנטון, שהיו שותפים בעסקי הלוואת כספים (צראפליק / sarraflik) ובסוגים אחרים של מסחר. בעניין מעורב גם חוואג'ה מיכאאיל. על המסמך חתומים אליהו ויעקב, אך לא מרדכי. קיימים עותקים כמעט זהים של המסמך הזה במספר אוספים, המהווים שכפולים מדויקים כמעט זה של זה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. In Hebrew. Location: Cairo. Dated: end of Sivan 5582 AM, which is June 1822 CE. Dissolution of partnership and settling of accounts between Eliyyahu b. Ẓahal and Yaʿaqov ha-Levi עכובס and Mordekhay Kapanton, who were partners in money-lending (sarraflik) and other forms of trade. A certain Khwaja Mikhā'īl is involved. Eliyyahu and Yaʿaqov sign, but not Mordekhay. AIU VII.D.99, Yevr. II A 1292, and BL OR 12369.11 are almost exact replicas of each other. ASE. MCD.
