דף כפול הכולל ארבע רשומות של מסמכים, ככל הנראה שריד מפנקס בית דין. בצד הפנים (recto): (1) שטר הודאה על חוב בין משה בנבנישתי לבין שבתי בן מרקאדו מוגנאג'י (Mujnajī?). טיוטה של השטר בדף בודד שהוציא בית הדין במקביל לרשומת הפנקס שרדה במסמך נפרד. (2) שטר אירוסין בין סעדיה מימון בן מוסא לבין [אס]תר בת רחמים הלוי, המכונה צפי(?). שמה הפרטי של הכלה ניתן לקריאה בהשוואה למסמך הקשור הנמצא בדף נפרד, שאף הוא נראה כטיוטה של שטר אירוסין בדף בודד שהוציא בית הדין. מתוארך לחשון ה'תצ"א (1730 לסה"נ). (3) שותפות עסקית להשקעה בין האחים יוסף ושלמה אלמושנינו ב"עסק העטרליך" (סחר בשמים ובעשבי מרפא). הסופר בחר להשתמש בשם העצם המופשט הטורקי "ʿattarlık" כדי לציין את המקצוע. עסק האחים שכן בחנות ב[סוּ]ק אל-בּוּנדוּקאניין שבקהיר. למיקומו של שוק זה במאה השמונה-עשרה, ראו ערך המפתח בעבודתו של אנדרה ריימון על האומנים והסוחרים בקהיר. בצד האחור (verso): (מסמך מס' 4) הסכם שותפות חלקי, שבו מוזכר שאחד השותפים, ר' אליהו מוצירי, מתכוון לעבור מקהיר לאלכסנדריה. השותפות, לתקופה של שנתיים, עוסקת במכירת בדים/בגדים, ומכונה כאן במילה הטורקית "çuhacılık". המסמך נשען גם על המונח הלאדינו "ropas" (בגדים) ועל מונח נוסף (דיטאס) לתיאור פריטי החומר העומדים במרכז עסקי השותפות. מונח אחרון זה מופיע במילון הלאדינו של כהן וכהן-גורדון כ"לוגו; סמל", דבר שעשוי להעיד שהשותפות עסקה גם ברקמה, אך משמעותו המדויקת של המונח נותרה לא ברורה. שני השותפים, שלמה סיקיל ושבתי המכונה מרקאדו מוגנאג'י, מתחייבים לנהל את מכירת הבגדים שלהם בסוּק אל-סלאח שבקהיר (שמיקומו אף הוא רשום במפתח של ריימון).

Princeton Geniza Project description: Bifolium with four document entries, probably a fragment from a court register. Recto: (1) Debt acknowledgement between Moshe Benvenist to Shabbetay b. Merkado מוגנאגי (Mujnajī?). For a draft of the loose-leaf sheṭar that the court issued in conjunction with the register entry, see: AIU VII.D.66 (PGPID 30562). (2) Betrothal document for Seʿadya Maymūn b. Mūsa and [Es]ther bt. Raḥamim ha-Levi aka Ṣfī(?). The bride's first name is legible by comparison with the related document on AIU VII.D.66v, which also appears to be a draft of a loose-leaf engagement document issued by the court. Dated Heshvan 5491 AM which is 1730 CE. (3) An investment partnership between the brothers Yosef and Shelomo Almosnino in the "herbalist/perfumer trade" (בעסק העטרליך). The scribe elected for the Turkish abstract noun "ʿattarlık" in listing the profession. The brothers' business is housed in a shop in the [Sū]q al-Bunduqāniyyīn of Cairo. For the location of this market in the eighteenth century, see the index entry in: André Raymond, Artisans et Comerçants au Caire, Vol. II, 893. Verso: (Doc. #4) Incomplete partnership agreement mentioning that one of the partners, R. Eliyahu Mosseri (מוצירי) intends to move from Cairo to Alexandria. The two-year partnership is in cloth/clothing sales, referred to here with the Turkish word çuhacılık. The document also relies on the Ladino term "ropas" (clothes) and another term (דיטאס) to refer to material items at the center of the partnership business. The latter term appears in the Kohen & Kohen-Gordon Ladino dictionary as "logo; insignia" which might indicate that the partnership was also involved in embroidery, but the exact meaning of the word remains unclear. The two partners Shelomo Siqīl and Shabbetay aka Merkado Mujnajī commit to carry out their clothing sales in the Sūq al-Silāḥ of Cairo (whose location is also listed in Raymond's index, p. 894). MCD.
