רקטו: הצהרה משפטית מקהיר, 1737 לסה"נ (י"ח בשבט ה'תצ"א), שבה מעידים העדים כי שלמה בן דוד וַלֶנְסִי גירש את אשתו שרה בת מרדכי אשכנזי. חלק נכבד מהמסמך עוסק בהסדרי ירושה. ככל הנראה מדובר בטיוטה: שורות מחוקות, ואין חתימות. אותו סופר הנפיק גם את המסמך AIU VII.E.47 (PGPID 30349). ורסו: בצד ימין נמצא תיאור סיפורי (לצרכים משפטיים?) של אירועים הקשורים בברכה בן ____דיה(?) המכונה עבדאללה ענתבי ובמרדכי בן שבתי. ייתכן שיש גם אזכור פגום של "תושבי ארם צובא" בשורה 3 (ולתושבי אר[ם צו]בא יע׳׳א). בצד שמאל של הביפוליום מופיעה רשימה שבראשה הכותרת "אלו הם שמות חלקי הנדוניה (נדוניא) השייכים לר' סעד (?) קאסוטו".
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Legal declaration from Cairo, 1737 CE (18 Shevat 5491), in which the witnesses testify that Shelomo b. David Valensi divorcd his wife Sarah bt. Mordekhay Ashkenazi. Much of the document deals with inheritance arrangements. This document is presumably a draft: lines are crossed out, and there are no signatures. The same scribe issued the document AIU VII.E.47 (PGPID 30349). Verso: On the right is a narrative (for legal purposes?) of events having to do with Berakha b. ____diya(?) known as ʿAbdallāh ʿAntabī and Mordekhay b. Shabbetay. There may also be a damaged reference to "the residents of Aleppo" in line 3 (ולתושבי אר[ם צו]בא יע׳׳א). On the left side of the bifolium there is a list headed "These are the names of the pieces of the dowry (nidonya) belonging to R. Saʿd (?) Cassuto." ASE/MCD.
