מכתב מאוחר בערבית-יהודית מאברהם המאן וגבריאל חפץ אל מרקאדו קארו ושמעון פראנסיס, מתוארך ל-35 לעומר, בערך אייר ה'תקס"ט (1809 לסה"נ). האות ט' בתאריך האלפא-נומרי נראית במבט ראשון כז'יין, אך ברור שמדובר באות הראשונה לאור צורת קו הקולמוס העליון.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Late letter in Judaeo-Arabic from Avraham Haman and Gavriel Hefez to Merkado Karo and Shimʿon Frances dated 35 from the counting of the Omer, ~Iyyar 5569 AM (1809 CE). The letter ט in the alphnumerical date at first glance appears to be a ז-zayn at first glance but is clearly the former given the shape of the upper penstroke.
