פרוטוקול דיוני בית דין. רקטו מתוארך לכסלו א'תנ"ד למניין השטרות (דצמבר 1142), נכתב ונחתם בידי נתן בן שמואל. ורסו מכיל רישום אחר, הקשור לאותם אנשים, שנכתב בשנה שלאחר מכן — "באחד מחודשי שנת א'תנ"ה" למניין השטרות (22.9.1142–11.9.1143). נכתב ונחתם בידי נתן הכהן בן שלמה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Minutes of court proceedings, recto dated Kislev 1454 sel. (December 1142), written and signed by Natan b. Shemuel. Verso a different recording, related to the same people, wrtiten the next year - "in one of the months of the year 1455" (Sel., which is 22.9.1142-11.9.1143). Written and signed by Natan ha-Kohen b. Shelomo.
